generally processed to be shipped within five business days. However, appliquéd and embroidered pillowcases
may take up to two weeks.
First Class Mail delivery can take
from one to ten days after processing, so choose Priority
Mail service if you would like quicker shipping after processing.
Delivery always takes longer around holidays, so please order early.

items are non-refundable, so please be sure to
check the spelling twice on all personalized
items before placing your order, as we cannot be
held responsible for any spelling errors that
were submitted with the order, and we cannot
issue refunds, or accept returns, exchanges, or
cancellations on personalized merchandise.

promptly exchange it for an identical item with

Personalization
The
personalization pictured on the pillowcases throughout this website is
actually a computer font, and is only meant to show
where, not how, the name is personalized.
Actual
personalization is carefully created individually by hand with a permanent
fabric paint pen in black to make the name stand out, then stars or hearts
are added in a coordinating color.
Please pay close
attention to the
style
(hand-painted, appliquéd, monogrammed, embroidered) of personalization that
is offered for the product you are ordering. When ordering our
personalized pillowcases, please be aware that we do offer two different
sizes of pillowcases (Full and Toddler) on some designs.
